Nicky
Senior Therapist/Salon Manager
Nicky is the daughter of Tracy and has worked at Top Tips since 2001, starting as a Saturday girl she now manages the salon day to day and is a fully qualified nail technician and Beautician, her speciality lies within acrylic nails where she has been recognised by the industry for her nail art and been placed in the top 3 several times in national nail extension competitions

Managing Director
Tracy is the owner of Top Tips which was established by herself in 1999, she is a fully qualified hairdresser, nail technician and beautician, most of her time is now spent running the business behind the scenes but she still undertakes a lot of the beauty treatments and has become renowned for her professionalism in her intimate waxing

Senior Therapist
Tamara has been with us at Top Tips since 2015, she began her training with us and has now achieved level 3 standard and is achieving some fantastic work, her specialty is long acrylic nail extensions.

Lucy
Junior Therapist
Lucy joined us as a qualified therapist in December 2024, seeking to gain more experience in the industry. She really enjoys working within the beauty room, focusing on eyebrows, eyelashes, and body waxing. She also enjoys doing gel nail polishes and BIAB.

Junior Therapist
Chloe started with us as a trainee and qualified as a therapist in 2023. She really enjoys working on nails, doing gel polishes, BIAB, and acrylic nails. She is currently working on speeding up her treatment times.
